We use a Standard UK delivery service Monday-Friday, please allow 5-10 working days to receive your order. The exact lead time depends on your postcode and availability of delivery slots at that time.

Please make sure you have checked the dimensions of all of the products you wish to order to ensure access is not a problem during delivery. If you have specific delivery instructions for the driver (e.g. leave with a neighbour or in a safe place) please contact the team on

If your delivery is overdue, or your items have been accidentally damaged in transit, or for any other enquiries, please email us at 



We are sure you will love your Monolo Interiors purchase once received, however, if for any reason you wish to return an item, you may do so within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please email with your order number and reason for return. 

Returned items must be in a resalable condition and you are responsible for their re-packaging and safe return. As we offer a free delivery service we do not cover the cost of returns.

How long will my return take to process?

Once your item is received in a resalable condition, we will process a refund to your original payment method, please allow 3-5 working days.

Damaged Items

We quality check each and every item before dispatch, and ask you also to inspect the item as soon as it is delivered to you. In the unlikely event an item is delivered damage we ask you let us know within 24 hours of receiving it. Please provide as much information as possible.
