What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept PayPal, ApplePay and all major credit & debit cards, i.e. Visa, American Express, Mastercard. We also offer Finance options using Klarna.

Klarna allows you to split the cost of your order over 3 monthly instalments, or you can order today and pay in 30 days time. All of your options will be available at the checkout.

What happens once I have placed my order?

You will receive a receipt immediately via email to confirm that we have received your payment and we will send you further email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

How long will my order take?

We aim to deliver all items within 10 business days from the date of your order. However, most orders are dispatched within 2 business days. Delivery lead times are dependent on stock availability so if your order is delayed for any reason, we will contact you via email within 24 hours of you placing your order.

Can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email notification from the delivery company with a date of delivery. On the day of delivery you will receive a message advising you of the approximate delivery time.

What happens if I can't fit the product into my room?

Please make sure you have checked the dimensions of all products you wish to order to ensure access is not a problem during delivery.Please check that all doorways, hallways and stairwells are big enough to fit the items through, including turning corners with the item.

What happens if the item is bigger or small than it looks on your website?

We make sure that all measurements are available on our website and we ask that you measure the area / intended position of the item to make sure that the size of the product is suitable for your requirements.

The product I received is not exactly the same as the picture on your website, why is that?

Many of our products are hand-made or hand-finished. This is how they are intended which sets them apart from the mass-produced items.


Hand-blown glass will have bubbles and / or slight colour variations.


These items are not in any way faulty, it is how they are intended to be. We wish to point this out to you because we want all our customers to be completely satisfied with your purchases.

How do you package my items?

Our priority is to ensure your items are delivered safely so every item is carefully wrapped and placed in robust boxes (sometimes 2) and cushioned with protective packing chips.

However, we are very environmentally conscious, so we use recycled boxes and 100% bio-degradable & eco-friendly packing chips - just pour them under water and watch them disappear!

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, our delivery service is only offered to the UK. However, we hope to offer this service as standard in the future. Please get in touch for any delivery enquiries and we will work with you to meet your personal needs.

Which couriers do you use?

We have carefully selected our courier partners to ensure safe and fast delivery of your items. We use a number of national and local couriers in our network.

How do I return an item?

We are sure you will love your Monolo Interiors purchase once received, however if for any reason you wish to return an item, you may do so within 10 days of receiving your order.

Products must be returned, undamaged and in their original packaging as they must be in a resalable condition.

Do I have to pay for the postage to return an item?

Yes, you will have to cover the cost of the postage when you return an unwanted/unsuitable item to us.

When will I receive my refund?

We will process your refund after receiving your returned items in a resalable condition. Please allow 3-5 working days.
